Labneh is yoghurt strained until thick and creamy, then rolled into balls.
Each ball is coated in herbs or spices and kept in extra virgin olive oil.
Spread it, dip it, crumble it, or eat it straight from the jar.

On sourdough toast
Break a ball over warm toast, add cucumber and a drizzle of the jar's oil.

In a paratha wrap
Mash two balls onto a hot paratha, add onion-tomato salad, roll and bite.

With crackers
One ball, one cracker. The easiest party snack in Chennai.
As a dip for nachos
Whip a ball with a spoon of its oil and you have a dip in ten seconds.
